Pressure Instruments Z Damper

Pressure Instruments Z Damper is a device used to adjust the fluctuation amplitude of pressure gauge readings. It reduces the fluctuation amplitude of pressure gauge readings and improves the accuracy of readings by slowing down the flow rate of the measured medium fluid in the pipeline. The role of pressure gauge damper is particularly important in situations where precise measurements are required, such as laboratories and the pharmaceutical industry.
Working Principle
Pressure Instruments Z Damper is widely used in various situations that require precise measurements, especially in fluid pipeline systems. It can effectively reduce the impact of the water hammer (air hammer) generated when the water pump starts on the instrument and pressure (temperature) transmitter, extending its service life. In addition, the damper can also be used to prevent equipment or pipelines from being damaged due to interference, absorb impact force, reduce vibration, and adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of equipment and pipelines.
