Finished Product Accuracy Calibration Use ISO 9001-compliant standard pressure sources (such as piston pressure gauges) for multi-point calibration, compare the indicated value errors, and recalibrate or scrap the products that are out of tolerance.
Environmental reliability testing Conduct pressure withstanding tests, air tightness tests, vibration tests, and high-low temperature aging tests to verify the product stability under harsh working conditions.
Appearance and marking inspection Verify the accuracy of dial scales, trademarks, measuring ranges, precision grades and thread dimensions, and check the casing for scratches and corrosion.
100% finished product inspection and packaging Each pressure gauge undergoes 100% full inspection, then moves to packaging area for consolidated packing and shipment. 1 gauge per small carton; 20-40 pcs per large carton.
After-Sales service tracking Carry out after-sales service tracking for equipment that has left the factory and promptly handle customer feedback issues and opinions to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment .
