◆ Use: This series of instruments have good shock resistance, especially suitable for places with strong vibration of environmental machinery, and can withstand violent pulsation, shock and sudden unloading of medium pressure. It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas or steam which has no danger of explosion, does not crystallize, does not solidify, and has no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloy. The instrument indicates stable and clear readings. It is widely used in heavy machinery, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and other departments.
◆In practical application, according to the special characteristics of various media (such as oil ban, fireproof, corrosion-resistant, etc.), the requirements of the instrument are different, so this series of instruments derive many corresponding special instruments, their nominal diameter, installation type, connector thread, accuracy level, measuring range, etc. are the same as the seismic (shock) pressure gauge, mainly there are two categories:
2.1 Suitable for measuring the pressure of flammable and explosive media. It is strictly prohibited to contact with greasy flammable substances. Degreasing treatment is made before leaving the factory and tested to be free of grease.
2.1.1 YON series shock-resistant (seismic) oxygen pressure gauge
2.1.2 YHN series shock-resistant (seismic) hydrogen pressure gauge
2.1.3 YYN series of shock-resistant (shock) acetylene pressure gauge
2.2 The materials used are resistant to corrosion of the medium or the instrument has no effect on the medium, and to ensure that the detection elements and interfaces are clean and free of grease.
