The Hygienic Flat Membrane Pressure Transmitter directly senses the pressure signal using a flat membrane. It employs a high-precision silicon strain gauge sensor as the pressure-sensing element. A dedicated integrated processing circuit is built in to convert the millivolt signal from the sensor into standard current, voltage, or 485 digital signals for output. It can be directly connected to computers, control instruments, display instruments, etc.
The flange end face is subjected to force, and the diaphragm is exposed to directly feel the pressure. This can prevent problems such as scaling, unhygienic conditions, and clogging caused by viscous pressure. It is widely used in hygiene industries such as food, medicine, beverages, and brewing, as well as in pressure applications where the medium may scale. Product Features:
1. Featuring a 316L flush isolation diaphragm structure
2. Sanitary Isolation Diaphragm, Anti-Fouling
3. With a heat sink design suitable for high-temperature media
4. Multiple signal outputs and configurable power supply voltage
