1. Overview
This pressure transmitter has high sensitivity, high precision and strong anti-overload ability. Manufactured by imported sensors, the sensor and amplification circuit are highly integrated; The die-cast alloy aluminum surface is painted, and the circuit zero point and gain do not need to be adjusted; Strong anti-interference ability, acid and alkali resistance, long-term stability and reliability.
2. How it works
This pressure transmitter uses imported pressure chips, and the sensitive components are formed into a resistor by diffusion or ion implantation and connected to a Wheatstone bridge, and a pressure-sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge with micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal is generated that is proportional to the applied pressure. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, and it will produce an output of a DC voltage signal. After the secondary conversion line, the two-wire system 4mA~20mA output is realized.
3. Functional characteristics
◆ Good stability, long-term stability of full degree and zero position can reach 0.2% FS/year. In the range of compensation temperature 0°C~70°C, the temperature drift is less than 0.2 %FS, and the temperature drift is less than 0.5 %FS in the whole allowable operating temperature range.
◆ With reverse protection and current limiting protection circuit, the transmitter will not be damaged when the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation, and the transmitter will automatically limit the current within 35mA when it is abnormal.
