When the liquid level in the measured container changes, the magnetic float inside the main tube will move up and down synchronously due to the buoyancy effect.Furthermore, the permanent magnet steel inside the float drives the magnetic flip column on the external display panel to rotate 180 degrees through the magnetic coupling effect. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red; when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes back from red to white. Through the color change of the flip column, people can intuitively and clearly read the liquid level height, achieving visual monitoring of the liquid level. This non-contact measurement method not only avoids the faults caused by mechanical friction in traditional liquid level meters, but also ensures the safety and reliability of the measurement process. IV.Installation location and environmental requirements
Verticality control: The body of the liquid level gauge must be completely perpendicular to the ground, with an inclination angle error of ≤ 2°. It is recommended to calibrate using a level gauge. When installing, it is recommended to reserve a space of ≥ 100mm at the bottom of the body and a margin of ≥ 50mm at the top to avoid the influence of thermal expansion and contraction.
Avoid interference sources: Installation is prohibited in strong magnetic fields (within 30 meters of large motors), areas with severe vibration (vibration intensity > 5mm/s), or areas with high temperature radiation sources (>60℃). This may lead to magnetic coupling failure or mechanical damage.
Media compatibility: The material of the body (such as 304SS/316L) must be resistant to media corrosion, and the sealing surface of the flange should use PTFE gaskets. For media with excessive chloride content, double-phase stainless steel materials should be selected.
