2. How it works
The compact pressure transmitter uses imported pressure chips, and the sensitive components are connected into Wheatstone bridges by diffusion or ion implantation processes, and the pressure-sensitive diaphragms are formed under the bridges by micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linear output signal is generated that is proportional to the applied pressure. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, and it will produce an output of a DC voltage signal. After the secondary conversion line, the two-wire system 4mA~20mA output is realized.

3. Functional characteristics
◆ Good stability, fullness, zero long-term stability up to 0.2%FS/year. In the range of compensation temperature 0°C~70°C, the temperature drift is less than 0.2%FS, and the temperature drift is less than 0.5%FS in the whole allowable operating temperature range.
◆ With reverse protection and current limiting protection circuit, the transmitter will not be damaged when the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation, and the transmitter will automatically limit the current within 35mA when it is abnormal.

7. Precautions
◆ All supplied products are accompanied by instruction manuals and certificates, including product numbers, technical parameters, factory dates, etc., please check carefully to avoid mistakes.
◆ Do not directly squeeze the transmitter diaphragm with a hard object to avoid damaging the transmitter.
◆ During installation, according to the product connection method and thread type, check whether the field interface is consistent with the product interface, and tighten it slowly when connecting, and the torque can not be directly added to the transmitter housing, but can only be added to the hexagonal pressure interface.
◆ When connecting to the power supply, it should be connected in strict accordance with the wiring instructions of our company.
◆ The overload pressure of the transmitter shall not exceed 200% of the measuring range.
◆ If any abnormality is found in use, the power should be turned off, the use should be stopped, and the inspection should be carried out, or contact the technical department of our company directly.
◆ During transportation and storage, the original packaging should be restored and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
