Industrial automation: In industrial production processes such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and power, it is used to monitor and control the pressure inside pipelines and containers in real time, so as to achieve automated production and optimize operations.
·Water treatment system: In the water supply and drainage system and wastewater treatment plants, it can monitor the pressure at the pump outlet, the water level in the water tower, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the system and achieve automatic water replenishment and water supply control.
·HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): It is used to monitor the pressure of chilled water and cooling water in the air conditioning system, as well as the pressure of boiler steam, etc., to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system and achieve energy-saving control.
·Hydraulic and pneumatic systems: In various hydraulic stations and pneumatic equipment, precise measurement and remote transmission of pressure signals facilitate the adjustment of system pressure and the diagnosis of faults.
II. Selection of remote pressure gauges
1, Range and accuracy
·Range: Select 1.5 to 2 times the actual maximum pressure (for example, if the maximum pressure is 10 MPa, choose a range of 15 to 20 MPa).
·Accuracy: For general industrial applications, 1.0 grade is used. For applications with higher precision requirements, 0.5 grade should be selected (such as in the pharmaceutical and precision manufacturing industries).
2, Signal output type
· Analog signal: 4-20mA (high anti-interference capability, suitable for long-distance transmission), 0-10V (for short distances).
· Digital signals: RS485 (Modbus protocol), HART protocol (compatible with both analog signals and digital communication).
3, Medium compatibility
·Common medium: (Water, air) 304/316 stainless steel diaphragms.
·Corrosive media (acid, alkali) - Hastelloy alloy, tantalum or ceramic diaphragms.
·Thick or crystallizable media: Flat membrane structure or with a separation membrane installed.
4, Ambient adaptability
·Temperature range: Normal -20℃ to 80℃. For high-temperature environments, choose the high-temperature resistant type (such as -40 to 150℃).
·Protection level: IP65 (dust and waterproof), IP67 (short-term immersion).
·Explosion-proof requirements: Environments with flammable and explosive substances must comply with standards such as Ex IIC T6.
5, Installation method:
·Threaded connection: M20*1.5, G1/2 (Universal type).
·Flange installation: DN25/DN50 (for large pipes or high-pressure scenarios).

This type of instrument is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases or vapors that have no explosion hazard, do not crystallize, do not solidify, and do not cause corrosion to copper and copper alloys. In addition to indicating the pressure value locally, the instrument converts the measured value into a resistance signal through an internal sliding resistance transmitter and transmits it to a secondary instrument located away from the measurement point, enabling centralized detection and remote control. The inner cavity of the case is filled with damping oil, thus possessing the ability to resist vibration in the working environment and pressure pulsations of the medium.
