◆ Introduction: This instrument is in accordance with the national standard JB/8803 "Bimetal Thermometer" and GB3836.1 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment"; GB3836.2 "Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d"" and JB/T 9773 "Electric Contact Pressure Gauge" industry standard design and manufacture.

The explosion-proof category of this instrument is flameproof type, and its mark is d II.BT6.

◆ Uses: This instrument is used in hazardous places with explosive mixtures in the environment, and is used to measure the temperature of non-corrosive non-crystalline and non-condensing media such as copper and copper alloys and ordinary carbon steel. It has the characteristics of on-site temperature display, intuitive and convenient. Through the contact device in the instrument and the electrical components with corresponding explosion-proof performance, the temperature of the measured medium can be alarmed, signal remote transmission, automatic control and other functions. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food and other industries.

◆ Selection instructions: When measuring corrosive media, it is necessary to use acid-resistant, anti-corrosion and flameproof electric contact temperature gauge. For measuring vibration places, please use a magnetic-assisted flameproof contact temperature gauge. When high-precision measurement is required, a flameproof contact digital thermometer should be used.

◆ Use, maintenance and overhaul

1. The instrument should be installed in the surrounding environment -20 °C ~ 40 °C, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the altitude is less than 2000m.

2. The meter is generally used to 3/4 of the upper limit of temperature measurement.

3. When adjusting the set value of the instrument, the lower limit setting value should be adjusted first, and then the upper set value should be adjusted.

4. When opening the junction box or adjusting the setting value, the power supply should be cut off. After the wire is connected, it should be carefully checked and tested, and put into use after confirming that it is correct.

5. During use, the instrument should be kept dry and clean. And according to the verification cycle for regular calibration and inspection.
