Wuxi Hongshawan Industrial Park visited and exchanged ideas with Huihua

Recently, the Wuxi Hongshawan Industrial Park organized a visit for key enterprise leaders and safety management personnel to Wuxi Huihua Special Instrumentation Co., Ltd. for an observation and exchange activity on the "Six-fold" construction (standardization, normalization, and refinement). This visit aimed to further improve the safety production management level of enterprises in the park and promote the continuous advancement of safety management towards standardization, normalization, and refinement.

The activity began with a site visit to the production workshop of Wuxi Huihua Special Instrumentation Co., Ltd. During the visit, enterprise leaders and safety management personnel gained an in-depth understanding of the workshop's specific practices in on-site management, safety signage, equipment maintenance, work processes, hazard identification, and personnel training. They experienced firsthand the practical results achieved by the "Six-fold" construction on the front line of production. The clean and orderly production environment, clearly defined safety zones, standardized operating procedures, and intelligent equipment management model fully demonstrated the company's advanced experience in safety production and lean management, providing a replicable and emulating model for the visitors.

In the subsequent exchange session, enterprises in the park engaged in in-depth discussions on safety management. Participants shared their experiences and exchanged ideas on how to further promote the implementation of safety responsibilities, strengthen risk classification and control, and improve the mechanism for identifying and addressing hidden dangers, based on the characteristics of their own enterprise production. They unanimously agreed that safety management cannot remain merely at the institutional level; it must penetrate into the production site and the details of daily operations. Through institutionalized, process-oriented, visualized, and routine management, the inherent safety level of enterprises can be continuously improved.
