Our High-Pressure Hydraulic Gauges are engineered specifically for the extreme demands of hydraulic test stands, industrial presses, offshore BOP control systems, and subsea hydraulic tooling where system pressures routinely reach 600 to 1000 bar (8,700 to 14,500 psi). These gauges feature specially wound C-type or helical Bourdon tubes manufactured from stainless steel 316L or Alloy 718 (for ultra-high pressure), designed to maintain accurate, safe pressure indication without permanent deformation or fatigue failure at pressures that would catastrophically destroy a standard gauge within hours. Every unit undergoes individual hydrostatic proof testing at 1.5× full scale before leaving the factory.

Payment and Shipping Details

Due to the specialized manufacturing and individual proof testing required, we require a 40% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance payable against shipping documents. We accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. Shipping is arranged via FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF destination port. Standard high-pressure ranges (0–600 bar, 0–1000 bar, G1/4 connection) are available for dispatch within 15–20 working days. Custom Alloy 718 Bourdon tube versions require 25–35 working days. Each gauge ships with an individual hydrostatic proof test certificate signed by our QA department.
