Our Precision Test Pressure Gauges are calibration-grade instruments engineered to deliver reference-quality pressure measurement accuracy of ±0.25% FS or ±0.1% FS — far exceeding the performance of standard industrial Bourdon tube gauges — for use as reference standards in calibration laboratories, on-site gauge calibration, process accuracy verification, and precision hydraulic or pneumatic test systems. The gauge utilizes a precision-wound phosphor bronze or stainless steel Bourdon tube with a special friction-free movement, temperature-compensated linkage, and a finely divided mirror-scale dial, enabling single-digit percentage reading interpolation without ambiguity. We accept T/T in full and irrevocable L/C at sight for precision calibration instruments. Standard shipping is FOB Shanghai or CIF destination port. Precision test gauges are not stocked as standard products — each unit is manufactured, tested, and individually calibrated to order. The typical lead time is 20–30 working days to allow for final movement adjustment, calibration at 5+ points, and certificate preparation. Gauges are shipped in rigid foam-lined carrying cases to protect the precision movement from shipping shock and vibration.
