The transmitter is composed of the world’s advanced isolated diffusion silicon or glass micro-dissolving pressure-sensitive components and high-quality integrated circuits. It features high quality, low price, and the ability to adapt to various industrial applications. The main circuit’s manufacturing materials are advanced, and the external sealing and curing are completely isolated, meeting the requirements for explosion-proof, dust-proof, and other harsh working conditions. By selecting different process connectors, it can accurately measure strong corrosive media, high and low temperature media, and viscous media.Suitable for various automatic control environments, it is widely applied in various explosion-proof fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, steel, power, building materials, textiles, pharmaceuticals, food, gas, scientific experiments and military industry, etc. It realizes the measurement, monitoring and control of pressure at each process point, and provides standard DC 4~20mA signal output and HART communication.

·Installation Preparation: Select an appropriate installation location and ensure that the environment meets the working conditions of the transmitter. Avoid factors such as vibration, high temperature, and humidity that may affect the accuracy of measurement. The installation location should be convenient for debugging and maintenance, and the installation surface should be flat to avoid additional pressure on the transmitter.
·Installation steps: The installation methods for pressure transmitters of different interface types are different. For example, for pressure transmitters with threaded interfaces, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing surface of the connection with the pressure measurement equipment is smooth and flat. Use your hand to insert the equipment into the corresponding installation hole, then tighten it using a wrench as needed, but be sure not to exceed the specified tightening torque.
Pressure Transmitter User Manual
Please read this manual carefully before installing and using the instrument.
1,The general pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases and vapors that do not pose an explosion hazard, do not crystallize, do not solidify, and do not cause corrosion to the pressure gauge components.
2. The anti-seismic pressure gauge can be used in environments where there is severe mechanical vibration or where the medium pressure fluctuates intensely.
3. The stainless steel pressure gauge can be used in outdoor, high-temperature and corrosive environments, or for measuring slightly corrosive media.
4. The diaphragm pressure gauge can measure the pressure of liquids with strong corrosiveness, high viscosity, prone to crystallization, or containing solid particles.
5. The instrument is generally used up to 3/4 of the range, and when measuring fluctuating pressure, it is used up to 2/3 of the range.
6. When the medium is a liquid, the instrument should be installed on the same water level line as the measurement point; otherwise, appropriate adjustments should be made.
7. The pressure gauge must be installed vertically. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to move the gauge case. The dial of the diaphragm pressure gauge must not be loosened or disassembled.
8. For seismic-type instruments with a maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa or less, if the pointer position deviates due to changes in atmospheric pressure, a small hole can be made on the oil seal to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the case.
9. Operating environmental conditions: Seismic resistance level: General type V·H·2 or V·H·3 seismic-resistant type V·H·4.Protection level: General type IP54: This is a sealed type and shock-resistant type. 1P65 Temperature: General type (-40~70)°C; Shock-resistant type (-5~55)°C (glycerol); (-25~55)℃ (silicone oil). Relative humidity: <85%.
10. During use, the instrument should be kept clean and in good condition. To ensure safety, it is recommended to conduct regular calibration (no more than six months apart).
11. The instrument should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry indoor environment, where the indoor air should not have any corrosive effect on the instrument.
