The integrated temperature transmitter is composed of a temperature transducer module and industrial thermocouples or thermoresistors. It adopts two-wire, three-wire and four-wire transmission methods. It converts industrial thermocouple and resistance signals into linear 4-20mA or 0-10mA output signals.This transmitter can be directly installed in the junction box of thermocouples or thermoresistors to form an integrated structure. As a new generation of temperature measuring instrument, it can be widely applied in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense and scientific research.

·Zero point calibration: In a known ambient temperature environment (such as 25℃), if there is a deviation in the display or output, adjust it by using the calibration button built into the transmitter or the software (for some models with communication function) to make the output correspond to the standard value (for example, 8mA corresponds to 25℃).
·Signal check: Connect the current setting of a multimeter in series to the signal line. Observe whether the value fluctuates linearly with temperature (for example, as the temperature rises, the current increases from 4mA to 20mA). If there is no fluctuation, check the wiring or probe.
·Maintenance Points: Regularly clean the dirt and scale on the surface of the probe (to prevent interference with heat conduction); For corrosive media, check if the protective layer of the probe is damaged. If damaged, replace it immediately.
Matters Needing Attention:
·Avoid using it in an environment with strong electromagnetic interference (such as near a frequency converter). If it is unavoidable, a metal shielding tube should be used and grounded.
·When measuring high-temperature media, the insertion depth of the probe should be ≥ 10 times the diameter of the probe to ensure accurate measurement.
