Wuxi Huihua Special Instrument Co., Ltd. was established in December 2001, the registered capital is 5 million yuan, and the existing staff of more than 50 small and medium-sized joint-stock enterprises.

The company specializes in the production of various types of special instruments, an alternative to the localization of imported instruments. Seismic pressure gauge, seismic electric contact pressure gauge, stainless steel pressure gauge, diaphragm corrosion-resistant pressure gauge, marine pressure gauge, and other series as the main products. Based on field instruments, we have developed various kinds of pressure transmitters, pressure controllers, digital pressure gauges, and so on. There are more than 30 series and 3000 specifications. Based on the buyer’s requirements including working conditions, range, temperature, accuracy and installation space, our technical team confirms and selects the suitable model. We also verify special requirements for connectors or dial scales, then provide accurate production lead time and technical feasibility confirmation.
2.Sign the contract
verify technical parameters ,specifications & quantities,price terms,payment methods,delivery lead times and certification requirements;clarify details of customized needs.
3. Contract execution
Order Confirmation: Verify specs (range, accuracy, material), quantity, delivery lead time; clarify customized requirements details.Production Fulfillment: Schedule production per contract, monitor progress via EMS system, and update clients on key milestones in real time.In-process Inspection: Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections in accordance with ISO standards.Delivery: Notify buyers in advance for goods receipt preparation and assist with cargo packaging.

Our quality control process

STEP1

Raw material procurement and acceptance inspection For the core components such as the spring tube, joints, casings, screws, and pointers, verify the materials, dimensions, and precision to ensure they meet the design standards.
STEP2

Production process control During key processes such as part processing, welding assembly, dial printing, etc., sampling inspection points are set up to monitor dimensional errors,including sealing performance, argon arc welding techniques, etc.
STEP3

Unfinished product After assembly,conduct an initial pressure test, check sensitivity of the pointer, ensure there is no jamming ,and identify assembly defects.
STEP4

Finished Product Accuracy Calibration Use ISO 9001-compliant standard pressure sources (such as piston pressure gauges) for multi-point calibration, compare the indicated value errors, and recalibrate or scrap the products that are out of tolerance.
STEP5

Environmental reliability testing Conduct pressure withstanding tests, air tightness tests, vibration tests, and high-low temperature aging tests to verify the product stability under harsh working conditions.
STEP6

Appearance and marking inspection Verify the accuracy of dial scales, trademarks, measuring ranges, precision grades and thread dimensions, and check the casing for scratches and corrosion.
STEP7

100% finished product inspection and packaging Each pressure gauge undergoes 100% full inspection, then moves to packaging area for consolidated packing and shipment. 1 gauge per small carton; 20-40 pcs per large carton.
STEP8

After-Sales service tracking Carry out after-sales service tracking for equipment that has left the factory and promptly handle customer feedback issues and opinions to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment .
